HR Metrics that Matter with Stacie Mallen

If you ask someone in sales and marketing to measure the success of their work, some form of revenue production is generally listed as a significant measure of success.  For most HR teams, we want to be relevant to the conversation, request a seat at the table and desire to have an impact on the business.  What metrics do you measure?  Why?  Metrics are critical elements to strategic decision making, project prioritization, and making a case for impact.  What are the tangible metrics we have found most resonate with the C-suite team?  What measures most directly tie to revenue?  In a team of 1, how critical are these measures?

Tune in to learn more about Metrics that Matter for HR teams and we will specifically dive into what measures are paramount for a one person or small team.  In this session we will:

  • Define key metrics that matter for the HR team
  • Identify an easy solution to create a dashboard for the CEO
  • Understand how to evaluate key metrics to re-prioritize projects (called drivers)
  • Be able to connect your work directly to revenue

About the presenter:

The new age of People Operations is upon us. How do we align the function that drives the greatest change for the Human element and link it directly to business performance? Relentless focus and a drive to get results. The goal, pushing organizations and individuals toward change, growth, and purpose. With more than two decades of HR (People) leadership in a progression of successful start-ups as well as overseeing a large-scale team at a Fortune 50 company, Stacie Mallen knows she’s not exactly your "typical HR" perspective.

Driven to draw a direct connection from building an exceptional culture to financial results, Stacie writes, speaks and works directly in the space of that connection. As a consultant, she specializes in leading cultural climate change for high-growth companies including attracting, growing and retaining the right talent. To stay relevant as an industry leader—and to share her expertise—she constantly absorbs, writes, and speaks about the tangible actions leaders can take to build a purpose-driven/values-based company that impacts top-line growth and bottom-line success.

Stacie also is a regular speaker/panelist, podcaster, and author of articles for Forbes Magazine, LinkedIn and her blog, “RulesMakeRebels.”
